2018 CSBC/PS-ON Annual Investigators Meeting
2018 CABC/PS-ON Annual Investigators Meeting
We are pleased to announce that we are opening registration and abstract submission for the 2018 CSBC and PS-ON Annual Investigators meetings, which will be jointly held on Sept 25-28, 2018 at the NIH in Bethesda, Maryland. The planning committee is actively finalizing the details on the scientific program, which will inspire collaboration through interactive sessions focused on intersections between the CSBC and PS-ON programs.
Registration and abstract submission can be accessed through the annual meeting website: www.csbcpson2018.org.
Given the large size of this combined meeting and the hope to keep it highly interactive, we will be limiting registration to 10 attendees for each U54 and 5 attendees for each U01. Registration for the meeting will close on August 23.
All podium presentations will be chosen from submitted abstracts.
Abstract submission will close on May 31. The planning committee will review the submitted abstracts and select a small number for podium presentations. Podium presenters will be notified by June 30. You must indicate in the submission form if you want your abstract to be considered for a podium presentation. All abstract submissions will be invited to present a poster. We have created scientific categories for the abstracts that align with the scientific sessions for the meeting. Please review the abstract categories on the meeting website here.
A limited number of rooms for meeting attendees have been reserved at the DoubleTree Hotel at a rate of $249 per night for a standard room and are available for Tuesday, September 25, 2018 through Friday, September 28, 2018. To take advantage of this rate, please use this special link (also on the website under Lodging/Travel, where you will also find more details on hotel, air travel to DC area and access to NIH). We encourage you to book your room early, and no later than August 2, to take advantage of the contracted meeting rate. Rooms at the Double Tree are not guaranteed and are available on a first-come first-served basis.
